I take two a day at separate times and love it. Gives me energy, makes me alert without shaking or my heart pounding, I feel good and energized and it definitely keeps me more full.

well i started taking this a week ago, sadly i didnt workout since i take this BUT, helps to keep my wiehgt even i lost like....less then 2 lbs..! hopefully its bust to lose my weight when i back to gym! oh yes i had side effect as nervouse before i have meal but after have some food, back to noraml and i have no side effect to sleep.

Had it during my Taiwan trip, despite of the feasting, was able to keep energy and weight. Can cause some jittering though.
