While I haven't had the flu since buying these lozenges, they do taste better than the other brand I tried. They have elderberry extract, which has been clinically proven to help the body fight virus infection.

I bought it because of the high reviews. It taste more like a sweet than a lozenge. I was expecting a minty flavor but I should have know better. It has the word Sweet Elderberry on the package.

Helped me during the flu

Unfortunately this time I was hit really hard. I like the taste though at first I did not; it looks and smells like candy but it's not: it has no sweetness at all. Once I got used to expecting lack of sweetness they're ok. I'm not sure they helped much this time around but I kept taking them.
