Ginsengs are adaptogens used for the boosting vitality, energy level and immune system. Ginseng is also found to be effective for weight los s, diabetes control, reverse lung damage, aid healing, increase stamina and athletic performance and more! At first glance, this might seem to be a very good ginseng product since most ginseng products offer single ginseng only. If you look at the 4 ginsengs, only 2 are extracts and even the guaranteed % of active component is very low as compared to other ginseng product. The other 2 are simply whole roots that are not extracted or guaranteed any strength. Considering that the whole root is often used and it weighs much more than 350 mg or 150 mg, I seriously doubt it is working. Personally, I did not feel any boost in comparison to using Panax Ginseng (Now Foods) standalone product. The caps are made of gelatin (not for vegan), not too big and easy to swallow. The product does contain magnesium stearate. Whether there is any health effects from magnesium stearate like claimed, it is highly debateable. Check out my page for more reviews!

This is a great energy builder. The 4 Ginsengs in this bottle is great. It is what is says a :) Powermax of energy. It is great.

Action Labs is the only company I have found that mixes together several different types of Ginseng. Works great and is a great supplement. I take one a day with a Ginko.

From last night I have pricking paind of heart and couldn't solve it by omega3.. but this mornig I took it only 1 cap then it's disappear now..and I'm low blood pressure always couldn't up to 100 and stayed under 90 hightst. but after take it reched 100-90. and brother is hypertension(140-98) after he took 1 , he changed as (110-90) .It proofed that ginseng has the ability of blood prssure regulation..as the ginseng expert reaserch saying current announcement..the warning of this bottle is utterly groundless..I think..but most caps contain magnesium so I think prefer to having it with food always to reduce gastric irritation
