You gotta love it. A complete pharmaceutical amino complex in a capsule, which are more easily assimilated than tablets. Provides energy, increased muscle mass and aids in recovery after workouts.

Made finger nails grow stronger

I am quite surprised and pleased with the "side effect" of longer stronger finger nails! Thanks for a superior product and tremendous gratitude to IHERB for making products like these attainable because they are affordable with reasonable, LIGHTENING FAST SHIPPING!!!!
