surprizing little carbs

wish i had known about this earlier. I am Diabetic and carbs are a killer. Nice to know I can make bread , pizza and biscuits that I can actually eat. Waiting for cooler weather to begin my exploration of new breads

Great for baking whole wheat bread

This worked great for baking whole wheat bread in my breadmaker, producing a nice rice and good texture. No more bricks.
