Wonderful for low level anxiety,... found it also works well before bed for better sleep.

I keep some in my desk at work for really stressful days. It's great because takes the edge off without making you feel sleepy or dopey. My coworkers know where I keep it and stop by to "borrow" some all the time.

I have used Rescue Remedy for years now and I am a firm believer in it's effectiveness. I take it when having a difficult time falling asleep. I even use it on my dog, after Diluting it. With the dropper version and not the spray, add four drops to 1 Fluid Ounce of water and then give your dog anywhere from 4 drops to 10 drops, in their mouth, to calm down a nervous dog, repeat as often as needed. My dog hates to ride in cars and after a few drops of diluted Rescue Remedy she is fine.

This spray is great for treating bruises and external wounds as well as taking internally for trauma or stress. It helps my kids sleep, and helps my cats chill out when they get stressed. (I spray it on their fur, and when they clean themselves, they get a good dose.)

excellent product! I have used Bach essences for years for myself, and the shelter cats I care for.
