great product....after a week I was getting deep sleep. My hair and vision were better. Improved feeling of well being. Way more energy and mental sharpness ( without having to drink coffee). This product really helps your body produce more of its OWN hgh just like you naturally did when you were young. It's a high quality product that produces life enhancing results.

I was hesitant at first due to the fact they don't list all the ingrediants (proprietary blend) but I have lost 16 pounds in 45 days and I am experiencing stronger workouts. My only drawback is it's not convienent. I work in Law Enforcement and it not easy to carry a white powder around in a ziplock bag.
