I always take calcium supplements because of lactose intolerance and I don't drink milk, but when I switched to calcium citrate my blood pressure went down. As long as I take it my blood pressure stays down.

I like the forms of calcium and magnesium in this supplement. I trust Bluebonnet Nutrition products. If this had D3 in it, it would be even better.

This is, I believe, without being a quality control tester, a great product. It has the proper ratio of magnesium and calcium citrate, plus it doesn't have addidtional Vit. D, which most of us get plenty of in our multivitamin. Thanks Iherb. Alice
