the first admission came a sharp pain in my temples. the first 3 AH unbearable pain and was further nausea. after a break of a week to try again. a little headache persists. taste personally hard for me to move - giving the eggs and very intense. I will try in the capsules

This lecithin tastes and smells neutral, which is great, and I love that it comes with a measuring spoon. However, unlike what it says in the product description, these granulas do no dissolve easily. As a result I got gritty smoothies and raw chocolate, shame it is such a big tub and I can't justify throwing it out!
