This B2 is effective and good value for money. I like that you can open the capsules and use an amount to your liking or requirements. Bluebonnet tend to avoid putting lots of additives in their capsules, and their products are generally free of all allergens rather than just a few of them.

Highly reccomend it for anxiety, mouth sores or any ulcer! It helps for weak hair as well
