Garbanzo bean flour helps to retain moisture in my G-F rolls and baked goods. It's especially good in cakes. Keep it on hand!

I mix the garbanzo and sorghum flours for most of my gluten free baking.

I like this flour, very finely milled & they put a recipe on each product bag.

I love Hummus but $3.99 for a small container at the store is ridiculous...with this I can make thummus any time and flavor it any way I want- Roasted Red Pepper is my current fave-love it!

I use it instead of regular flour/bread crumbs for making burgers for my son's gluten-free diet

I feel better using this as a thickening agent for the protein, a little extra fiber than most flours and also the flavor. It blends a bit nicer.
