This has a good ratio of vit A to D, as well as Omega-3, even the harder to find DPA form.

I have only been taking this for about a month and my friend told me this was good to take and so I have and I believe it has kept me regular. I took it all the time when I was young. I just know it is good for me.

I always look at Carlson first for fish oil - they're molecularly distilled for purity and the price is outstanding, particularly at iherb.com!
