Excellent, will recommend to friends and family. This tastes great and works extremely well. My baby girl had eczema but since I've been taking it, it has completely resolved/cleared up and she's getting the fish oil through my breastmilk. It's also helped my older daughter with her itchy skin. It helped immediately with my memory and mental clarity.

This is the best tasting fish oil supplement I have tasted by far! The slight lemon taste makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend this product.

This product was recommended to us by a bone and joint doctor and a retinal doctor. We tried it and can already notice a change...fantastic...nice lemon flavor, no fishy anything. We now have our daughters on it and anyone else we can convince! PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this fish oil.

A very good product, recommended by my rhematologist to reduce inflammation in his patients that have rheumatoid arthritis.

There are many great reviews on this item so I won't get too deep here. I trust the Carlson brand for high quality which is extra important when it comes to fish oils. This product has 500mg of DHA Omega 3's in one teaspoon. There are many forms of Omega 3 oils and the DHA form is what research has proven to be the most important when it comes to cognitian and mental health benefits. I find the lemon taste is very good. No fishy after taste. This is a more economical way to get your fish oils vs. the Carlson gel caps. The Caps are great if you are away from home but when at home I now get my fish oils and DHA this way. Remember to keep it refrigerated.
