I love this product. Our entire family uses this since we are on the vitamin k protocol which includes the use of cod liver oil. This product helps keep the gums from bleeding with the cod liver oil.

This form of Vitamin K is supposedly superior to Vitamin K1 in maintaining the health of the bones. I also like the 5mg dosage.

Currently the highest dosage of Vitamin K in Australia is only in the form of K1 and I think it's about 1mg. I combine these with Jarrow MK7 and take 1 of each daily to avoid vitamin K deficiency. Tiny capsules and very easy to swallow.
