I thought this was an excellent product. It may have been partly due to dietary changes as well, but within a week of starting Kid-e-reg, my 10 month old who had had severe constipation issues was going once a day (and twice a day for a few days, which he has never done!)

I have tried everything from syrups to perscribed and non habve succeeded where Dr Christopher's Kid-e-Reg has actually improved my child's pyschological lockdown on going to number 2's. This product is amazing and does exactly what it was intended to do, make going to number 2 not a nightmare for young children.
