My vitamins arrived in a messy state, a couple of the soft gels were broken, and all the others were covered in a fish-smelling grime. I don't know how effective they are, but I'm not looking forward to opening the bottle tomorrow morning.

Great multivitamin!

I love this multi. It contains digestive enzymes so it is easily absorbed by the body and boy can you feel the results! I have tried many multivitamins because they usually made me sick to my stomach but I can take this one without food!
