This form of CoQ10 contains ubiquinone, which requires conversion to ubiquinol. This conversion process may be impaired in older people. For better bio-viability get ubiquinol form of CoQ10. Aside from that this product looks like it is fairly clean with no questionable fillers.

I can't say that coQ10 is a super energy booster, but I have heart disease in the family and coQ10 is meant to be a great anti-oxidant for the heart. I'm definitely looking good and healthy and trying to live right. These are a part of my regime. I highly recommend taking Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking soda for High BP, too. So far ACV is helping lower it better than a lot of things I've tried. EVEN BETTER THAN BETA BLOCKERS!! I'll stick with this brand of coQ10 as they are vege caps, good value for the dosage, and I like the brand. Recommended.
