This product remains the least tested of all my supplements, not having been well incorporated into my schedule at this point. Country Life's product of course GMP, vegetarian, and soft gel; all factor in to customer satisfaction for me. What makes the product more difficult to schedule: knowing that CoQ10s absorbency increases when taken with oil, i.e. determining how to take it regularly with maximal effectiveness.
