The Country Life brand of glucosamine & chondroitin works better than a cheaper brand I have tried. I accidentally let myself run out of these and bought another brand locally, thinking that an inferior brand was better than none at all. Well, maybe. I soon felt and heard a difference in my joints. Would you believe "crunchy"? I was so relieved when this order arrived. I wonder what I'll do with the rest of that other stuff.

This works well for myself and my husband. It takes away the joint ackes and pains. I recommended it to our contractor and he can't stop raving about how much relief he has gotten since he started using it just a few weeks ago.

Bit early to tell yet... Really need to be given at least 3 months before reviewing so that the product can be given a chance to affect the body on a cellular level...
