i've tried a number of supplements lately, but these are keepers. i've noticed a definite improvement in my mood and disposition. these are keepers. i have found that they are best taken in the morning, as taking them later can disturb your sleep, but right now i am taking one first thing in the morning and another about two in the afternoon. in the past i have taken ssri from the doctor and these are better.

love this little pill! It has really made a difference in my mood (I am depressed due to family problems). Also, it helps to take away these horrible headaches! 60 pills seemed like a little but they have lasted so far. Definitely recommend!
