I originally ordered the 200mg to start but now have reduced to the 100mg which is suppose to be a better dosage for maintenance.

Ubiquinol is a precursor of Co-Enzyme Q10. People whose systems are highly compromised cannot directly utilize the Q10, but the Ubiquinol is able to be absorbed and utilized. Although a bit on the expensive side, it's worth it because it helps keep the heart and mouth healthy.

I like the brand. I have noticed that the weird little jump in my heart beat has not happened since taking this.
