I am not sure of the benefits of ubiquinol form. Next time a might try ubiquinone with bioperine instead.

My doctor recommended 50 mg of ubiquinol per day, and Doctor's Best brand had the best reviews. I haven't felt any effects from this supplement, either positive or negative, but it is supposed to help...

Cannot evaluate this at the present time as there are no obvious indications as to benefits or lack of. I take these supplements as part of my support regime and not because I have a particular problem.

Difficult to rate this product at this point. I haven't yet felt/seen tangible results but I've been using it for less than a month. Hopefully, the positive things I've read about this product will be experienced shortly!
