I have felt my muscles getting more defined, I credit this to some of that. Protein is the basis for all cellular renewal and function, immunity included. Thus an important basic product.

Uses the best source of whey protein

Having read about the health damage that other types of whey protein can do to your body and especially your brain, this Mercola formulation uses whey protein from Defense Nutrition, which is the only one I trust; it also has a great taste; I've had good muscle building results using this product and I'm nearly 59 years of age. Also, iHerb.com with DHL carriage is the cheapest way to buy this for international purchasers.

Best protein EVER!!

Hands down the best tasting and nutritionally sound protein I have ever had. I always buy the banana flavor because you can mix that with anything and it still taste superb.
