Purchased at iHerb

I started using it to ward off tiredness in the dark days, when the amount of sunshine is limited. As it has been recommended not only by friends but the media as well, gave it a try. So far, I do believe it helps, just wonder how much is me just thinking it helps and actually offering benefits. Am against popping pills but hectic lifestyle make me take the jump into self medicating, if I may say so. SO far, do like it and wonder how long will keep it up.
