The scent is earthy, stronger than in the shea butter version. This is such strong stuff that I use it for my body only a few times a week. It caused a stinging sensation on my face. Great for the times you want to feel extra clean and fresh!

Great face wash, hand and body soap. Reuse a foaming dispenser from any brand hand soap. Fill with Dr. Woods soap diluting with equal parts water. Foams well. Keeps my skin clear, easily dissolves and washes away makeup and dirt. Cleans my skin well without drying it out. A pump of this, a little water and a quick wipe is all it takes to gently remove dirt and soap scum from the sink. A great product but only four stars because I like the one with Shea butter even better.

i like this but the smell does take some getting used it. i also wish it wasn't so diluted

Hasta la fecha siempre he usado jabones en pastilla ya que los geles siempre me dejan la piel muy reseca. Estos son los primeros que no me han resecado nada y por contra los puedo usar incluso para lavarme las manos e incluso el rostro. Ideales tambien para limpar las brochas. Eso si, no los recomiendo para el cabello. Entre el de almendras y este, prefiero este por su textura (mucho mas cremosa), pero por el olor me quedaria con el de almendras. I was a little suprised to find that this soap was not actually black, which I've actually seen before. It does however give you a nice clean feeling and the exfoliating properties do work for everyday exfoliating. Generous size makes this a great buy.
