Overall content of protein is a bit lower than some of the big competitors, however the AA ratio is good with high content of BCAA. Taste is probably the best I ever had, but the mixability could be a abit better. You need a shaker with a "mixer-ball" inside. I use low-fat milk, but I guess water will do as well.
