I was introduced to Kombu several years ago and now use it in all my soups and stews. I believe it helps with digestion, especially in chili and bean soups. Great product.

I realy do like the Kombu Sea Vegetable in Soup's & Stews. When chopping or braking them into smaller pieces I usualy 'munch' on some. I'm always interested in trying something new & unfamiliar to me.
