Love this product. Apparently, the lining has no BPA. But some of the cans were dented when I received them.

Tastes funny

We usually buy a brand from Thailand which has less of a "sticky" feel to it. I think it is the guar gum but am not sure. I have tasted better. It stayed open in the fridge for DAYS. Doesn't seem so natural to me... No BPA is good, but what do they put instead...?

A great shelf-stable item. I make tea and herbal infusions that I steep for 4-6 hours. Afterwards, I refrigerate them. I combine in a glass jar: 2-4 ounces of coconut milk, reheated tea, and maple syrup. I shake it up, and I have an instant breakfast that gets me out the door.

This is so much better than the stuff from the supermarket, which is diluted with 80% water and mixed with apple juice and calcium - we prefer this. Makes a nice ice cream, use one can of coconut milk, add vanilla to taste and some maple syrup or honey to sweeten. You could add some chocolate or some carob powder or fruit, blend and freeze in an ice cream maker.
