I've taken Glucosamine sulfate for many years now and have tried many products... you can tell when it helps.... this one WORKS..great eases pain..like the 750mg size tab need only two instead of 3 of the 500mg.

I had read that this product has been used in review studies. I have been using for the past several months and find that this has been a very effective product in helping me to rebuild my knees.
