Tread Careful with Gluten Products

I did not have much luck with this product. I am sensitive to gluten. Taking enzymes aimed at gluten just gave me a false sense that it was okay to chow down on gluten products which proved to be a very negative thing for me. Old and new health issues cropped up. This could be good for some, but I am just throwing my experience out there. Best to just cruise gluten-free.

Didn't help. In fact when took it, after eating some gluten containing food, felt quite sickly next day.
