For me with lupus, I have found this is the only thing that has kept it in check. I am off all other medications and steroids and have had no symptoms in 5 years.

This really makes it so much more pleasant, especially when you take 2 or 3 per day. They taste fabulous. Plant sterols are a great way to support your immune system.
