Helped my battle a sore throat

I was starting to come down with a sore throat and immediately took a few supplements and washed them down with this. The taste was smooth and I managed to stave off the sore throat. Great product.

I like the fact that this whole food vitamin is supposedly more bio-available and absorbs better. But it doesn't mix well and the flavor is not that great.

I liked that I could get so much Vit. C in 1 drink. One downside was that it does not stay dissolved in water and you have to keep stirring it as you drink.

taste a bit strange....maybe thats becos i mixed it with water...if u wanna try this...consider to put it in juice / shakes.
