I feel like this has really amped up my metabolism. I have started to loose weight and my skin and hair are not dry. Please keep in mind that I have not been formally diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I am one of those people that have all the symptons but my tests are normal. I am beginning week 3 so I hope it continues to get better.

I have a borderline hypothyroid problem, and despite working out for several hours a day am rarely hungry, but continue to gain weight. This seems to help, particularly with digesting my food more quickly, which is great. I haven't noticed much of a change in energy levels from this, however. I use another one for that.

Try this product for safe, herbal support for thyroid health. Initial use of this product was the indication that my thyroid needed help. Highly recommended. Gaia has good customer support and they grow to mfg their products.

I have a mildly sluggish thyroid gland and I refuse to get involved with medications that doctors prescribe. So I'm treating mine with a natural product and I'm happy with the results thus far.
