i take this at the first sign of a cold, usually gone the next day. no colds this winter for me. also my son, age 12 takes these for stomach problems he has had since he was younger, 3 tablets a day. any flair-ups and he takes 4 tabs, twice daily for amazing relief.

Since I have been taking this product, I don't wake up in the morning aching all over from the Arthritis I suffer from. The amino acids in Goatein must be doing something very positive for me and I'm very disappointed that ti has been discontinued from I-Herb!!!
