This is the way ALL Vitamins and minerals should be made. I have read extensive studies that indicate that USP Grade Synthetics may be dangerous and some down right deadly.

i am a raw food dieter so it is nice to have supplements like this so i do not have to consume a lot of brewers yeast. tough to get some of the b vitamins especially when you do not have an intake of grains

I guess you get what you pay for. This stuff is quite pricey, but it is one of the few if not the only "raw" form of b-vitamins - like that part. My chiropractor/wellness physician likes this brand for that reason.

I was looking for a subsitue product that I could take now that my naturopathic dr. closed part of her practice. They say sublingular form is the best (but that's what "they" say), however so far this along with RAW ONE's MULTI from GOL seems to be doing a good job for me !
