These have a a fantastic variety of nutrients in each tablet, but the taste isn't good at all. They leave a nasty bitter taste in the mouth after you have swallowed the chewed up pill.

It's been months since I switched from my previous multi-vitamin (from a major brand) to this one, and there's been a big positive difference in my energy level and overall well-being. I didn't like the taste all that much in the beginning, but it has grown on me. Won't buy another multi ever again if I can help it!
