They say if a supplement doesn't produce a noticeable change in 2 weeks, you probably don't need it. This one did for me. I could especially see healthier looking skin, but my eyesight is better as well. I also combined this with Derma E, so try the 2 together.

During last three weeks I have been taking 3 softgels a daily. I went for a week travel with lots of outdoors. I didn't get more dark spots, there was no sunburn. I do reapply sunscreen 30spf often. But it was the dark spots I was aware of. I think this product helps a great deal.

Very happy with this product. I can notice the difference in my eyes, which are looking much brighter. Early days yet with the product, but I think it is helping overall health. Iherb price for astaxanthin is the best I've found. Just wish they had named the product something easier to pronounce!

Relieves Joint Pain and Prevents Sunburn

These seem to be working, but I am taking 3 softgels per day. Shoulder pain has lessened and I haven't burned out in the sun. You don't burn, but you will tan. I'm on my 3rd bottle.
