It is hard to comment whether it works with such a small sample size. If you have been taking a good proteolytic enzymes product, it will probably come with Nattokinaese. Why not take other proteolytic enzymes for optimum benefits instead of simply using one of them only? This product seems to be good quality as it uses non-GMO soybeans. Though the allergen in soy is broken down during fermentation, I personally feel like it should not be listed as soy free which can be a bit misleading. The caps are vegan, not big and easy to swallow. The product is meant to be taken 1 hour before meals or 2 meals after. This is important so that it will not digest the food instead. When taken as directed Nattokinase helps the body shed excess fibrin which cleans the arteries. No additives in these capsules either. I think that nattokinase overall is very good product for circulation health, but this company Healthy Origins should use less cellulose as additives. Why 2 of them? In longer use they could raise allergies. Why capsule is not from glycerin or gelatin?
