I could say good bye to anti depressants thanks to 5-HTP

I have been suffering from manic depression for over 10 years, going to the mental clinic once a week. I and my doctor know that anti depressants are not good for manic depression but sometimes I had to take a very small amount of it when I was in a deeply depressive mood, but since I started to take 5-HTPs (after consulting my doctor), depressive phase is gone just in 3 weeks. Only I have to do now is to control the manic phase with the help of minimum amount of mood stabilizers, and now I'm in a nice flat mood, without getting manic nor depressive, which makes me happy.
