Purchased at iHerb

Reishi is a great Chinese mushroom herb which balances your system. I've been taking it for years using select Chinese brands and boiling the mushrooms. I bought this for convenience to take to my office. It's an effective extract which I take in thew afternoon as a tea. Herb Pharm makes good extracts-very strong.

Great Company for any product. Reishi work it give me a little extra energy when i need too but i think the reishi mushroom best utility is not energy but rather more for immune system & other function.

maybe we haven't been taking this long enough (3 months or so) but I didn't quite notice any significant health benefits or changes for the better. not sure if this works...
