I love these heat pads! Fantastic for winter, for a lovely warm glow when walking the dog or for attending any outdoor sports/festivals/events. Brilliant for nursing aches and pains. Stock up for winter!

Purchased at iHerb

Beats painkillers for my backpains. Stays put on the clothes (I would not use it on sheer clothes, as the glue might wear the fabric down), and is easy to dispose of. Just open the pouch, pour the content on the ground, and throw the bag in the trash.
