gotta love it! my restless 3 year old sleeps like a baby with 1-2 an hour before bed time. i only use it every once in a while. it works!!

We have the kind of kids that seem to never get tired!!! A couple of calms and they seem to wind down faster. We always have plenty of these on hand.
