I've had a lot of abdominal surgery and have times when I have painful and sudden gas attacks in my stomach. Carbo Veg breaks it up and soothes my stomach. LOVE this stuff. A homeopathic will be effective when it is right for the symptoms and you won't have relief if it's not the right one. I'm not sure what it is about this one, but it works for me.

Since this is the homeopathic version of charcoal, it works to remove the nasty feeling after eating something that doesn't agree with you.
