I'm quite impressed with this product. I've used it several times, and always wake up refreshed, rested, and relaxed. Also, when I use this, I typically awake BEFORE my alarm clock even goes off. Trust me, that never happens. Non-groggy. Worth every penny. Sweet dreams!

Unlike anything I've had before. I can take this and it won't make me grogey in the morning, even if I stay up really late and only have 4 hours in which to get sleep that night. I also like that I can still function if I take it and realize that I forgot something and need to stay up a little longer. The best part is that I get the greatest sleep now.

I stumbled on this product by accident, but I love it. I am someone who rarely has a problem sleeping, and I am not fond of OTC meds or other pharmaceutical products. I just take one of these, usually no later than 9PM, and I sleep through the night with no "haze" in the morning. I love this product, because I'm not really "aware" that I have taken it, it's like a normal sleep cycle

I have tried many sleep complexes and this one is the best I've ever used. Helps me fall asleep faster, stay asleep better, go back to sleep after having to get up in the night.
