Appears to be a good product with good amount of beta sisterol. Consumer Lab recent evaluation of prostate supplements reveals saw palmetto is not effective in reducing BPH while Beta Sisterol is effective. Capsuls are rather large but reasonably easy to swallow. Hugh Gordon
