I'm probably one of the rare people who did not use this for my personal use but instead used it for my American Paint Horse stud stallion. My research showed me that creatine monohydrate was originally used on Thoroughbred horses, not humans, and that it could potentially be highly effective, depending on the horse. He had lost a considerable amount of weight due to fear of laminitis (a foot disease caused by too much carbohydrate consumption). It turned out that he actually had broken his navicular, so he now is back on carbohydrates but still cannot be exercised because of his lame foot. As a result, I started giving him Creatine and he has started to rebulk, even without the exercise usually needed for muscle management.

Creatine is great for weight lifters and aerobic exercisers too. They have also found that it helps with brain function, as well. I like Jarrow brand the best.

I went from some cheap, bitter, out of date stuff to this. World of difference. No taste and mixes very well. Will order again.

I used Jarrow´s Creatine few months ago and has impressed. On the first day, in saturation phase, I notice the product acting. More strength and several pumps, like a good N.O.
