Good for Knees

This formula takes a little while to kick in I started taking 3 instead of 2, and that seemed to do the trick. This dose helped a long standing (several months) problem of stiff and painful knee joints. It has also improved my mood and outlook immensely. SAM-e is a winner!

Sam-e was recommended to me by my Rheumatologist for the relief Fibromyalgia symptoms. I have to say, it has significantly helped me. It helped reduce my pain, increase my energy, and improve my mood. This is a great product!

I have made a complete lifestyle change going to a plant based diet and adding several supplements. This stuff is great. I started with the 400 mg which was a bit tough on my stomach. Since switching to the 200 have not had any problems.

I really like the Jarrow SAM-e formula. Just one a day was enough to take the edge off some depresssion and anxiety trying to take over my day. I wake up calm and positive these days. Remember to take this on an empty stomach.
