The very most absorbent. I've been taking CoQ10 to help my heart function, and I intend to keep using this. It is a bit costly, but I actually feel more energetic, since starting it two weeks ago..

I have cardiomyopathy post chemotherapy and have tried several types of ubiquinol. This brand seems to assmilate better and helps a great deal with swelling, stamina, energy level and B/P.

This product is money in da bank, has helped me manage severe cluster headaches, gives me a nice clean boost of energy and makes me feel light overall. Pair this up with r lipoid acid and acetyl carnitine and tell me how you feel in a week!

My cardiologist recommended that I take 2 of the jarrow formila QH Absorb 200 mg. capsules daily. One in the morning and one in the evening, because he tested me for CO-Q 10 and I had almost none although I had been taking 100 mg of regular CO-Q 10 (a different brand)daily for years before I ever had any heart problems and needed a cardiologist. He said he had done tests on this brand and knew it to be the best he had found and also recommemded I-Herb. I have been ordering from I-Herb for over a year now and have always found their service to be the best. Also their prices are among the best if not the very best. Highly recommended. Roy Kyle
