Quite thick. Consider a sweet version

It turned out to be a little thicker than I expected - a little hard to spread on soft bread. The taste was generally pleasant, but a little bland, with fat more prevalent than flavor. I decided to add a little honey - and the taste got much better, not strongly sweet, but gentler and less oily, with almond flavor more prevalent. There is a Honey Almond version of this butter, so I guess you should consider it.
