I like this a lot and use it daily- good flavor however I need to compare nutritional info on other brands and "trade off" in order to get a better balance from what reviews I have read of different yeasts. I mix with water and sprinkle on soups and chili and it's great in V8. I had no issues with the company and the product arrived in very good speed so the sale was fine and things went great.
